Our Story

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, we are three siblings—Kaytlin, Mason, and Max—who share a passion for nature, design, and the art of creating beautiful, functional spaces. From a young age, we were drawn to the outdoors, always fascinated by how nature and design could come together to enhance the spaces we live in.

After attending Appalachian State University, we all eventually found our way back to Charlotte, inspired to make a meaningful impact on the community we grew up in. It was during this time that we recognized a growing need for aesthetic yet functional gardening, greenhouse design, and homestead consulting in the area. Charlotte’s rapidly growing urban landscape was craving a connection to nature, and we were eager to bridge that gap.

That’s when MMK was born—a company built on our shared vision of creating beautiful, sustainable spaces that foster growth, connection, and tranquility. Our combined experiences, backgrounds, and passion for design have shaped MMK into what it is today: a company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses design gardens and greenhouses that are not only visually stunning but also practical and sustainable.
